A modern, high-efficiency almond orchard is located in the village of Mrgashat and belongs to 1SQ Agro. Established in 2024, the orchard spans approximately 63 hectares and includes more than 18,000 Spanish almond trees.
The project was created to ensure long-term agricultural investment and stable profitability by applying modern agrotechnologies and international expertise. The orchard is based on high-quality Spanish varieties selected according to Armenia’s climatic conditions and global market demand for almonds.

The Mrgashat almond orchards are an important part of an agricultural asset investment program. Investors have the opportunity to participate in a real agricultural project based on actual trees and real production.
Out of the total 18,000 trees planted across 63 hectares, 1,000 trees have been included in the investment program and are available for purchase on the GreenInvest.ai platform.
